REFUND ~ RESCHEDULE ~ REPLACE
Services
Contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule your session. I understand that there are times when you must miss a session due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to reschedule a session, you may be preventing another person from receiving a session. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to reschedule and we are unable to schedule you for a session, due to a seemingly “full” calendar.
If a session is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a refund will not be issued.
Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital downloads we offer replacements on a case-by-case basis. If your product is proven to be defective, I am happy to issue an exchange for the same product. Get in touch within 3 days from the date of purchase (found in your Order Confirmation Email).
In the event our system has not registered a download – i.e. you have not attempted a download by clicking on the download link issued to you, we will be happy to get a replacement file to you after verification of your order. Start an exchange inquiry by contacting me at sara@sararemke.com, your order number and any relevant information should be included.
Further, Sara Remke does not refund or exchange services or products, if:
- You no longer need the service or purchased product.
- You have changed your mind or found an alternative service or product.
- You cannot use the product due to hardware or software limitations – i.e. you do not own the compatible device for the product.
- You cannot use the product due to insufficient knowledge / know-how.
By completing a purchase on the website, you agree that the issue of an exchange or refund will be made at the sole discretion of Sara Remke and that all decisions made by Sara Remke are final.
