Creativity and Flow
Moving Your Life Into a State of Flow
How do we meet difficult times with more ease and equanimity? When we move into a state of flow, we allow creativity to move through us. We
become more flexible and fluid in our relationships and encounters with others,
creating space to respond more authentically and with greater ease.
Flow can invite us into less judgment and more kindness—toward ourselves and
others.
Grounding and psychic boundaries are foundations for this process. In this workshop we will explore what grounding is and what it can do for us. We will begin to define psychic boundaries and why we might want them.
What can grounding do for us?
What are psychic boundaries, and why might we want them?
How do we meet difficult and uncertain times with presence and equanimity?
We will practice discerning your own energy from the energy of others. What does
your own energy feel like? How do you recognize when you have moved away
from yourself?
How do we sit within our own energy while maintaining boundaries that allow us
to respect another person's personal space? And how do we respond when our
boundaries have been crossed?
How do we remain present without chasing our energy?
These practices can bring greater awareness and heightened intuition, while
supporting more authentic and compassionate relationships.
