About me

It could be said that I have been on this road for my entire life, and most likely previous lives. In 2003 I discovered Psychic Psychology and I instantly recognized it as a doorway forward. Deceptively simple tools can lead to both subtle and powerful changes which allow for more happiness and authenticity. When I entered this practice I had no idea how much I needed it. It is something I continue to study and work with as a practitioner dedicated to illuminating the authentic self beneath the layers of conditioning and borrowed energy.

My journey began through studying with masters of this unique meditation system based on boundaries, grounding and energy. It helps us discover how to perceive the subtle energies that shape our decisions, experiences and life paths. I combine intuitive insight with practical psychology to help you untangle the energetic patterns obscuring your clarity. The beginning is often to get to recognize and know your own energy and what it is communicating.

In 2012 I began a practice of working with sensitive souls, from therapists to caregivers to spiritual seekers. I've witnessed remarkable transformations as clients reconnect with their soul's wisdom. My gift lies in creating a sacred space where contradictions can coexist, where all emotions are honored as messengers, and where you can safely explore the fluidity of your deepest desires. Together, we'll navigate life's transitions with both spiritual depth and pragmatic clarity.

In my work as an End of Life Death Doula I bring these concepts to the dying process. Death and serious illness can be a spiritual journey, a wakeup call for the individual , and family members. How do we make meaning out of our lives, actions, missed opportunities and seemingly mistakes? We know that we all will eventually die. Why not use our life to discover who we are, to meet ourselves, to reveal our character? Using meditation techniques we can work to reduce fear and anxiety of what is happening, what is coming, and the unknown.

Whether in the fullness of life or anticipation of death, this is often a process of turning inward and hedding what no longer serves us. As we learn to accept and grieve losses throughout our lives, we deepen, and come to meet our true self.

What people are saying.

  • Maureen D

“I’ve taken several classes from Sara. She has a relaxed style of teaching and is able to discuss issues that can be hard for most of us to move into. She is able to bring in her experience as an End of Life Doula to teach us the importance of being well grounded and how sitting with the dying is another way to see how we live in this world. Her gentle guidance encourages curiosity around death and opens that space for people to learn and grow.”

  • Colleen P.

“Sara Remke’s class, Introduction to Sitting with the Dying, a Meditation, was a gentle, contemplative experience shared within an intimate circle of fellow seekers. Sara lead us in a few simple but deep meditation practices and there was an easy exchange of questions and sharing within the group. I left with some practical tips to help me impart an air of calm in the spaces I enter, as well as more clarity regarding my inklings that hospice volunteering could be a good fit for me.”

  • Sandy R.

“Sara is a warm, kind, funny, and knowledgeable teacher with years of experience in Psychic Psychology. She has a gentle, non-judgemental way of helping one learn about grounding, chakras, auras, energy, and boundaries. I have loved every class I have taken with her. She has taught me a meditation system I will practice for the rest of my life. I highly recommend her and any of her classes."

I appreciated the connections I felt during the class and the ease in our conversation. In the past I have considered the energy I bring to the bedside of the dying, but not really thought about the importance of boundaries or how to address that. I look forward to further pondering, inspired by Sara and the others who were there: their experiences, thoughts, and wisdom.”
