Introduction to Meditation
This class is in person. Two 1 hour sessions. Thursdays May 2 and 9th.
Join us for an introduction to basic meditation skills. This class will teach some simple techniques to quiet yourself and begin to feel what your energy feels like. Once you have the tools down you can use this technique at anytime throughout your day. Take a few minutes or an hour and gain benefits from this simple practice. Come home to yourself and find the calmness that lives beneath the noise.
