The Energetics of Communication

4 one hour sessions, Wednesday Jan 29th-February 19th 2025

This in person class will explore how, and what, our energy communicates. People feel energy before words, before you walk into a room. As we become more aware of the energies that we are carrying we can be more intentional in what we are communicating. Whether we are sending or receiving, energy/messages, it is helpful to get more and more clear on what that is.

Do you have problems being heard, aren’t getting the responses you are looking for or feel that someone's words do not match their energy? Explore how we communicate energetically, how we and others communicate, and learn what we can do to have more effective dialogues.

This will be a playful class. I invite you to join us in exploring this fascinating subject.
