“ Pictures” The Energetics of Communication

What is energetic communication? "Pictures" in our Aura are the result of unassimilated experiences. When we begin to see how we are constantly communicating, unspoken or energetically, we begin to be conscious of what we are communicating. When a picture gets lit up it can shake us. Some people use the word trigger when they get lit up. Learn what pictures are and how they can become stuck in our aura. When unprocessed, they can influence what happens in our lives and how we relate to others. Develop skills to consciously clear these pictures and energies to be more in flow and present to the world around you. This is a powerful way to create space for ourselves and in our relationships.
